With our Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (PCDA) programme, there is no better time to join. The PCDA is a three year programme open to non-degree holders, where you can earn whilst you learn, being a paid officer from day one whilst working towards a BSc (Hons) degree in Professional Policing Practice. For those who do not meet the eligibility criteria for our PCDA programme, we’re offering the new Met Officer Gateway Programme, where you’ll study under expert tutors, earn a salary, and gain a level 3 qualification, which is equivalent to two A-levels.
