We’ve offered apprenticeships across a range of departments for over 10 years, with a wide variety of roles in Audit, Business Analysis, Customer Services, Cyber, Data, Finance, Risk, Technology Engineering and HR. In all roles, our apprentices learn future-forward skills from many different areas, being challenged and empowered to help our diverse community of customers. With apprenticeships ranging from levels 2-7, we offer multifaceted access to learning and exploration. 

Our apprentices learn from experienced business leaders who encourage both personal and professional development, as well as benefitting from close and genuine support from managers and their team. With over a thousand apprentices across the Group at any given time, there’s also an amazing community of peers to learn from and share with.
