After leaving college Grace decided to step outside her comfort zone and joined British Airways on their apprenticeship programme. After completing the apprenticeship, Grace had developed personally and professional and went on to build a career in recruitment, specifically in the Emerging Talent space. Grace has a huge passion for Early Careers as this is the route that got her to where she is today.
